SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders ship within 48 hours of posting to TRGparts.com. Orders
received after 3pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the
following Monday. If a product is backordered, then we will contact
you with an estimated shipping date. If this date is unacceptable,
then we may offer you an alternate item or issue a full refund to
the original pay type.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are
the responsibility of the buyer.
Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.
Products marked as 'Free Shipping' apply to orders shipped “ground
service” within the Continental United States only. For shipping
quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact
us. In the case of a return when “Free Shipping” is offered, the
actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
amount.
In most cases, items shipped internationally must be brought into
our warehouse for shipment outside the US. Once items are ordered
to be brought into our warehouse(s) the item will be subject to any
restocking fee charged by the prospective manufacturer. This fee
may be in addition to charges outlined above. In the event of a
cancellation or return, actual cost of shipping fees to our
warehouse(s) will be deducted from the refund
amount.
